The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
