I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
