They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.In fact one time I did have a question & Dr. Johnson was not due to be in for a few days. One of her PA's got in touch with her the day after I left a message & asked her my question so that I didn't have to wait until the Dr. returned to the office! I am in a wheelchair so I know that her office is wheelchair accessible. I have chosen to see this Dr. again for a somewhat different situation. I did not think twice when I needed to see an infectious disease Dr. again. I was very happy that I had been put in touch with Dr. Johnson to first get my case & I see no reason to change a very good thing.
