As a warning to anyone looking to see this doctor, I was looking to book an appointment, just a general consultation. I had to call and leave messages with their answering service 6 times over two weeks before I heard back. When they finally called me, days later, they said they only got one message. They were not at all apologetic and did not seem to care that they weren't getting their messages. I found another doctor, because this is a terrible sign for anyone who actually has any medical conditions where they need to urgently see the doctor. No respect for their patients and no professional standards. I would suggest finding an office that cares about people and not just their own jobs.

The office staff is friendly if sometimes harried. The doctor is kind, caring, very competent. His qualifications are posted on his office wall. I have gone to him for more than 20 years and have always felt well-cared for.
The only drawback is the waiting room, which is crowded, chaotic, noisy and seems dirty. The doctor's own office, downstairs, is crowded with stuff--nobody has had time to tidy up.
The plus side is kind, thoughtful care from a doctor who spends the time needed with you.
The phones are constantly busy and the answering service is sometimes slow to relay messages so you don't always get called back quickly and its hard to make an appointment. The best way to reach the doctor is go to the office and leave a message or, in an emergency, just wait for him--he will eventually be able to see you.
Dr. Treatman will also make house calls in difficult situations--a grave illness, a dying patient. Bless him.
