I had unlucky day today visiting Dr. Pacienza for the first time. I cannot say much about his professionalism because I (probably) will not see him again. Just want to comment about the service and reaction to an incident that happened there.

My blood was taken by his assistant (black male) Roland. Procedure was done very clumsy, he filled one container and then lost control while taking another one. My blood was on my clothes and everywhere. Instead of stopping the leak he start wiping it off my hand and the bed. He was not using cotton wipes but was struggling with tiny alcohol swabs (opening plastic one at the time). I was patiently waiting. It took him some time to figure out to use band-aid and cotton balls.

Then due to the loss of blood I felt extremely lightheaded. Black assistant ignored me completely and was about to stick another needle into my vein on other arm to fill up second container. He was too scary to call Pacienza even that I've fallen back. But after he took my blood pressure (80/40 and I could not feel my pulse he called Pacienza ... and left the room. He returned few times with "doctor will be here soon".

Dr. Paceienza arrived after 10/15 minutes and start blaming me for not telling about scare of blood (total nonsense). It was no apology or help from the doctor Pacienza nor his (black assistant) Roland. Very strange feeling. It was like nothing happened...

Now am thinking about all that - I have headache and my hand is black (I guess blood went under he skin). Can I say that Dr Pacianza good or bad doctor? Can I recommend him and his black assistant? I do not know. It is up for you to decide.
