Dr. Shukla is a wonderful doctor. She is a fantastic diagnostician and medication management specialist. However, her office staff has a high turnaround rate, and are consistently either rude or stupid. The office accepts no insurance, and is strictly private pay. Their new policy - to refuse to even book a new appointment until all outstanding bills are paid in full - is pretty harsh.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
