Recent Reviews
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards.

Dr. Downey is very qualified and knowledgeable. She listened to my issue and discussed my options with me. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. You do have to wait sometimes in the office, but that seems to be standard for drs these days. Health care isn't always predictable. Her staff is very friendly and professional.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results?
Absolutely not, I had to call them several times to get my results
