It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
