The staff was very lazy. On my initial visit and diagnosis, they had ME call the insurance company for all the info Dr's office usually obtain. The person at the Dr's office I needed to obtain the info from, for the insurance co, took days to call me back. I was left waiting, half naked, on the table waiting for the Dr, for over an hour, while the staff talked and joked.It was humiliating to be left like that for so long. Then, a few days prior to surgery, the office manager calls to tell me they need payment before surgery. What? I asked,'Let me get this straight, you want me to pay for the portion that you think might be mine BEFORE this happens?' She said, 'yes'. The office manager was usually pushy, bossy and told lies. I caught her in 2. Come on. This is why I do not go to any annual check up. The Dr was nice, but his choice of staff is poor...and for me, that made all the difference.I switched Dr's, when I went in to hand in my Medical Release form, the woman behind the desk said 'this could take 30 days from the day you pay". I asked how much, 'I don't know, we send it out to a company, they make the copies and send it back'. I asked her to just count the pages in my chart that needed to be copied, I was specific in what I needed. She told me no,they will call me. It has been 24 hours, they have not called me. She did, again, state it could take up to 30 days and 'it will cost a lot'. Exact words. My guess is that it will take 30 days. Dr's and their office personnel,whether they are related or not, need to understand that patients do have choices. I wouldn't go back to this Dr or refer anyone to him...ever, under any condition. I felt humiliated, spoken down to by his office staff and that the $ is much more important than any patient.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
