Based on my recent experience with this man, I would not recommend him to anyone in need of a professional opinion having anything to do with their health. Once you get past the office staff, (most of whom are very unfriendly and act as if they are doing you a favor by talking to you) you then wind up in the office with Mr. Personality. Not only does Dr. Cerny have a bedside manner of a parking meter, he also seems to have the medical knowledge of one. He is one of the most insensitive, unprofessional people I have ever met. I did not feel like he listened to my concerns and questions and I also felt that he discounted my own account of MY symptomatology. No patient should leave a doctor's office feeling worse than when they enter. I chose to go to this group practice based on the positive reputation of others in the group. It is unfortunate that this particular doctor did not live up to the reputation of his colleagues. I wonder if others have had a similar experience with this doctor or the office staff I came in contact with. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
