One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I've been a patient of Dr. J for over 11 years. Knowledgeable beyond his specialty. Dr. J goes above and beyond with his patients. Takes time to answer questions in a way I can understand. He and his staff treat you like family. Very well worth some wait time with Dr. Joachim. If an emergency comes up during off-hours, Dr. J is quick to respond. His answering service contacts him immediately. There should be more like him. I'll be forever grateful to him and his staff for thier patience, understanding and most of all Dr. J's help in finding the solution that made a tremendous difference in my life - my well being. I'm giving him and his staff a 5 Star rating!!!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
