I have seen this doctor about 4 times in the past year. In that time, I have had the staff give unnecessary tests, which were not covered by insurance. And when I called to make an appointment on a Friday because of severe exhaustion and dizziness, I was advised to see a psychiatrist. When I protested that I was physically ill, I was told that there were no appointments available. I pointed out that was not what was first said and was told to go to the emergency room.

I am very grateful for Dr. Pastena. I have been seeing him for over a decade and he has never dismissed me with the standard "there is nothing wrong with you" he orders extra tests until a solution is found to make me feel better. This led to a diagnose of a chronic illness and a surgery that truly ended my suffering.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
