Everytime that I've gone here recently, I've waited over an hour in the waiting room just to see Dr. Shah for 2 minutes to say that my throat looks red and she'll put me on antibiotics. Dr. Shah is a friendly person, but needs to run her office better. Currently looking for a new doctor.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love the attention you receive. They all know my name, even if I have not been there for a year. fast and excellent service. I love the girls at the desk, they all work together so well and all are informed of your medical history, ask you how you have been, say sorry if you're not feeling well. The are so busy because it's the best doctors' office around. If you call at the last minute, or just show up for a minor "emergency" they are very accommodating to your needs. They always do their best to help you out, if you have to wait a bit, it's because the doctor takes his/her time with each person and does not "push you out the door", they review every detail of the reason why you are there. I would not go anywhere else. THE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR EXCEPTIONAL CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL MATTERS.
