They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.
