They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
