They make no extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important because I had lots of money. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was annoyed as soon as I met the doctor due to their blatant rudeness. They were so unfriendly!
