It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I tried to provide the front desk with my po box mailing/billing address and they first refused to take it. I later gave it to them and the proceeded to send all bills to physical address mail box where I DON'T receive mail. The bill in turn went to collections. I tried again to correct the address and received vcm to do so - unable to reach a physical person.
