I met Dr. Ross at an adoption support group and found she had a practice located just 10 minutes from our house. I have taken my daughter to her since she was adopted from China at 22 months and have found her to be excellent. She is very detailed oriented, picked up on problems we didn't notice and followed through on them. She definitely goes the extra mile. When my daughter had a high fever from what was presumed to be the flu, she had her get blood work on a Saturday morning, phoned us the next morning early to let us know that she had a strep infection (no sore throat symptoms), and that she was calling in an antibiotic. Many offices don't do this, you have to call THEM on Monday if it is a weekend. So I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
