They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
