I have worked with Dr. Mumtaz for years, and after leaving the agency in which we worked together, I chose to use him as my personal psychiatrist- due to the depth of his experience and his abilities. He always listens and addresses needs right away. I have appreciated his medical expertise for quite some time. And his flexibility in office hours is often hard to find!

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I showed up on time for my appointment, but they didn't even have the decency to respect my schedule. They showed up over an hour late for my appointment, and by then I was ready to leave instead of spending my entire day waiting for them. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.
