I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
