Staff was very polite and great at returning calls. I waited an hour for my first appt., which lasted less than 30 minutes. There was no medical history forms to fill out, so i had to wait while Dr. Veronikis two-finger typed my answers. She was not interested in how I felt, only what the labs showed. I have been fine on my meds, but she wanted to lower them--even though when I did that for 6 months in the past, I felt sluggish, cold, increased hair loss, and altogether worse. She was not interested in that, only what the labs said. And she seemed to imply that any symptoms I had was because of my age. I'm 41. I paid $200 for nothing. I will not go back to a doctor who doesn't listen to me and wants to only go by the labs.
