They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
