We have been so happy with Dr. Terpstra. The staff is so friendly and we really appreciate how they have worked with us. It is so nice having Dr. Terpstra do all the work on our daughter and always willing to see us with any questions. Also we love his sense of humor. Your office will be highly recommended.

I took my 11-year-old daughter in for a "free" consultation as we are new to the area and looking for a good orthodontist. After meeting the doctor, he told me to go to the waiting room while they took xrays of my daughter. When he finally called me back into the room after more than 10 minutes, I found my daughter in tears at the sink rinsing blood out of her mouth and learned that the doctor had pulled 2 baby teeth out of her mouth WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! Then I found out after we left that she had asked him after he pulled the first one not to pull anymore....he told her, "don't worry. I won't. I promise" and then proceeded to yank another one out anyway! This is so wrong. I will never set foot in that office again and would suggest you think twice also. I would never be able to trust what was going on during the visits while I sat in the waiting room! What started out as a "no-big-deal-consultation" unknowingly turned into an awful experience.
