Office staff is professional as are Dr. Russ and Dr. John. Awesome with children and children with special needs. Great rapport with their clients. Explain in detail what they are going to do before they do it and what to expect, including pain. Joke with younger children and distract them so they don't get nervous. Great sense of Humor.
Not only is their bedside manner great, they also get great results!
