They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Due to an insurance change, at one point I had to switch to a different dentist. I felt bullied and they seemed very judgmental, even though my teeth and gums were in great shape. I was so happy to be able to switch back to Dr. Anderson, who works with you to give you the very best care.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
