They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
This is not my dentist. I had called around because I had just broken a tooth and was trying to get a dentist that would help me at 430pm. The dentist waited for me to get there, and stayed past normal hours to take care of me. I also had a problem with my insurance company and the staff was patient and observant of what needed to be done (more patient than I). I was treated with respect and professionalism from all I encountered. **the following is not my words per se, but I agree with them 100%** They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly.
