Extremely poor communication between front desk and the dentists. Their billing practices are terrible--they've told me on several occasions that my insurance hasn't paid my bill when in fact they posted the payments to the wrong account. Recently I went in to order clear correct and proceeded with the moldsAND paying my 1/2 of the bill (which is not cheap). 6-8 week later when I called for a status update, they told me that I had said I didnt want to move forward with the ortho?? I dont know of any patient that would go in for the molds AND make a payment and not expect the dentist's office to proceed on their end with placing the order. What's more--the dentist never called to apologize and their only remedy is to send me a check refunding the amount I paid two months ago. Despite their great location, I would think twice. There are too many other dental office options in Bothell to deal with such a horrible experience on this consistent of a basis.
