I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was pretty uncomfortable. It made my procedure even more unbearable and I couldn't wait until it was over. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Also, when they overcharged me...I called three times to get my money and each time there was another excuse.....I liked the dentist but the office ir run poorly. When I had pain with an exposed tooth, i was told sorry. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. What happened to patient care?
