Most important they pulled wrong tooth. My general dentist have to send me to another oral surgeon to get the right one pulled. I would never tell anyone I know to go here. I wish I had been warned before my appointment. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen but don't do the job right.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Pinch's office to anyone. They were so patient! Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
