My family has been coming to this business for orthodontics for seven years and three kids later I am growing more unhappy every visit. The West Jordan office staff is unprofessional, rude, unaccomidating, unhelpful and disorganized.

Besides that the office hours have been getting worse since they moved to a newer office and opened up more locations. It is ridiculous what they except people to do to come to an appointment. They are only open three days a week and only until 3:30 PM for their latest appointment. One of my kids school doesn't get out of school until 4 PM so that means she has to miss school every month. They don't offere evening appointments, never holidays (including ALL school holidays) and one Saturday until noon every other month! If you and your husband work, don't even think this place will work for you.

We originally started coming because they were the lowest priced office around, but now that has changed and they charge as much as REAL orthodonics in the city. Yes, you heard me right they are just dentists who practice orthodontist. That brings me to the next point.

For years, my kids would see one dentist one visit and a different one the next visit which meant each time the different dentist would change the treatment plan to what they thought was best. My 2nd child has had braces on for FIVE years with no end in sight.

They have taken all of our money and the results have been mediocre. The dentists and assistants bedside manner is unfriendly and not gracious.

I feel the family who started this business only have their personal and family's best interests in mind and don't consider their clientel, making them jump through hoops to adjust their work and school schedules to the dentist's many trips, sicknesses and off-time. By the way, the cancel appointments all the time and make you reschedule, just when you found a time that somewhat worked two months ahead of time and put you in a spot to miss work and school once again. Stay far away. Pay a little more or do more research before deciding to go with this group!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
