They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.
