They are in it for the money, they will string you on and on-in my case six months worth of visits every two weeks, in two cases i was there for 5 minutes and they could not figure out WHY I WAS THERE.

This place needs to close, watch your wallet and do not sign up for the care credit, if you do so you are opening a Pandora's box of financial mess.

Been a patient for 5 years, can't wait to change practices. Dr. Smith is caring and competent but the corporate aspect of the town center clinic takes away from his care. I have never come across a bunch of office staff that are SO profit minded and arrogant and it really is a pain to deal with them. All my family members and several friends go there also because of insurance issues and we all have the same general consensus. Perhaps you may have a different experience, but I would strongly advise new patients to seek another office. It's a shame Castle Dental Town Center is so driven by the financial bottom line, it's not how dentistry should be.
