I went in for severe pain in my molar no app. And no insurance but treated like I was a regular very friendly staff loved my dentist really nice lady as well removed my tooth and it quick and painless

So I came into this office in severe pain on my back tooth a little after 5p.m. The receptionists were extremely helpful and courteous. Though their last patient was seen for the day, the doctor was kind enough to stay and care for me. I was seen timely with Dr. Tran. He answered all my concerns. There were so many staff assisting me from beginning to end. I left feeling well taken care of.
I came back the following week for a root canal. They were kind enough to work with my work schedule and saw me on a Friday at 6:30p.m. Dr. Tran and 5 other staff gave me the same thorough care as before and all stayed with me until my root canal was complete at about 9p.m.!!!
So satisfied with their service!!!! :)

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was downright irritating!
