It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. The dental assistant was very sweet, friendly and professional. While taking my x-rays she went out of the way to make the process as comfortable for me as possible. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. When I called they answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very pleased. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
