All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable.
