I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current.
