It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. Additionally, the male doctor, Dr. Castellano, refused to do the work he promised Without the explicit PERMISSION of my husband! He and his staff kept us waiting for over two hours while trying to reach him despite the fact that I am the children's mother, legal guardian, married to their father, and willing and very able to pay myself. My permission to design a mouth guard for them was not sufficient. When they came in and out insisting that they must hear from my husband to make sure this was "ok with him" and I stated it was sexist and I had no idea why this was "standard procedure" as I was able to surmise from the doctors statement about having had "problems like this in the past" they kicked me out, with no work done for my children. I would never recommend this kind of myssoginy on anyone. What's even worse is his female staff participating in this kind of blatant sexism, while grinning as we were leaving. I didn't know what century we had just walked into. Disgusting and inexcusable.

Had a cleaning done, previous build up broke off. They fixed it, it lasted 4 days... another one done, it broke off the day of the procedure!!! Had to pay for the procedure and this is the result??? AWFUL! AWFUL!! The only reason why I went back the 2nd time because I was told it would be done at no charge... if I knew this would be an issues, I would have gone to another dentist. Paid for a service that didn't last. Totally disappointed.
