My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. All the equipment at this office is old and outdated. It looks seriously dangerous. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
