I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until this Dental Care provider can get me in at their convenience. I most likely won't be back to this provider. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. There is no one I would recommend go to this provider. Also ignores the Patient rights. If the patient refuses to have teeth cleaned the provider then tells them to go and find another dentist.
