They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
