First the front desk receptionist is rude. They do not care. I had an appointment 3 months ago. I showed up 5 minutes early but I waited for 45 minutes before they called me. After 10 minutes in the chair I realized the time and informed them I did not have time to stay any longer. They rescheduled me 3 months down the road which brings me to today. This morning I received a call from them saying that they will not clean my teeth and they will only do X-rays and an exam. This was not what I expected. I scheduled a cleaning with them and at this point I have not had a cleaning in a year. When I called to ask why and said I wanted a cleaning the front desk receptionist was rude. She actually hung up on me mid sentence. I was at work at the time so I let it be. The fact they made me wait 3 months for an appointment after they made me wait 45 minutes for my initial appointment is unacceptable and shows they don’t care. If they cared they would have made me a priority and scheduled me in the first possible appointment or cancellation to make up for a 45 minute wait. At least I would do that for my customers. And I’ve been a small business owner for over 20 years. I decided to stop by after work to talk to the doctor but the receptionist said “NO” and yelled. She slid the window closed on me so I opened it back up and asked to speak with the doctor. She continued to yell so I started to yell and explain the facts that she called semantics right now! Facts are not semantics. The receptionist downplayed making me wait at my initial appointment. The receptionist actually lied to the dentist about the true events of the situation. I found this out when the dentist finally decided to came to the front reception area after arguing with the receptionist for 10 minutes. I will never go to this place and I will write a bad review on every site possible. The dentist need to show better customer service and patient care. He should start by hiring new front office staff especially the receptionist. There are much better places to go for dental services. So rude they are!!!!

Just looking for an e-mail address and saw that I could leave a review! I'm happy to do so! Dr. Calitri saved my teeth because of his chairside manner. I was of afraid to return to any dentist because of a previous negative experience...but he turned that around for me! His novacain injections are painless. He relocated to a state of the art beautiful location. I actuallly saw a hawk out of the window in front of my dentist chair during my last visit! I now drive 30 minutes to his office, but my family and I would never switch dentists. Another item worthy to mention is the fact that the front desk always informs us if we are about to exceed our dental plan coverage. This happened to my husband once.But because of Bonnie keeping tabs on our dental coverage, we were able to plan accordingly and avoid any out of pocket expences. Hope my review helps you all in making a good decision to choose this dental practice!
