I started with Dentex 2010 and i had no problems,i just had routine cleanings,and I needed a Root Canal, so I WAS GIVEN A dATE TO COME IN AND HAVE THE pROCEDURE,UP UNTIL NOW THINGS WERE OK, since nothing IMPORTANT, had to be done. After Dr Grugger finished my Root Canal,in 1 Visit, I had an Allergic Reaction to His LATEX gloves,that was Clearly marked on my chart. Gave me a Benedryl,and after numbness went away, I was Still in Pain and had a Huge sore on my Lip from his Spit sucker, went back next day, said it would get better, ok ,so i waited and waited He did the Wrong TOOTH!Mind you im on ssi, so my Choices are VERY limited, so He said Oh it Probably was disturbed when i did the other root canal! Yeah ok!Any way He then Decided to Cap my Front tooth to Prevent any Problems down the line due to a Discolor, from Falling as A child,seemed harmless enough, all he was doing was putting on a Cap, to prevent any Further Damage to my FRONT TOOTH!!!!!!! Well as you know you can't see what their Doing until their Done, Well he Did Another root Canal on my FRONT tOOTH, aND mADE IT INTO A pOINT i WAS IN tEARS, AH,they don't Grow back! ,So after I calmed Down he put a Temporary Cap Until the Real one was Ready, within 5 day's My Front TOOTH that he worked on was Infected, Another trip to Pharmacy to get Penacilin, Now im scared to Death I call my Insurance co., they said get 2nd Opinion, i Got 2 They both said My FRONT TOOTH, needed to be REMOVED,yes "REMOVED",it was so Infected that it ate Away the bone it once was Connected to! If that wasn't bad Enough, Now i need A FRONT TOOTH, they cost 1,000 bucks, I can't afford that and Again this physco Dr has to do the work, I call a Lawyer, he said it would cost me more to Pay him ,than to get a Whole New set of Porcelan Teeth, ok now what do i do ? Go back to Grugger,and he felt so Bad that He will do the work at Cost,this Includes Extractingb my FRONT TOOTH, and Replacing 6 of my teeth ,and a Temp., Bridge until the Real one is Ready, he Only wants 1,500 bucks, that sounds Great comming From a Wacko Who Ruined my Teeth to Begin with! He is no Longer in South Phila., where I live,no they shipped him up to Sunrise ave, I dont drive and its Really far, So now what do I do ,Im going to see another Dentist, whose been around Forever, and does Great work, but...., dont accept my insurance, so Im gonna see about Payment Plans,and what I can do About Dr Grugger . Im a Mess , I wore Braces for 8 years, now im not gonna have my Own FRONT TOOTH! Incredable!!!! Beware do not go to Dr. Grugger at Dentex!!!!Beware, i think hes either on drugs or alcohol,or Is Just a Terrible Dentist,if in fact he is one? My opinion, and mine Alone,But All Facts! AnnaScimeca.
