I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
