On most visits my experience has been very good, however on my last visit on June 10th it was not so good. The apt was a reschedule from May 31st as the hygienist called in sick and by the time I got a call I was already at work. So on June 10th I arrived I was taken into the Xray by a young lady of whom I did not get a name but she had blonde hair and dark rimmed glasses, she shared some things that I would have not preferred to hear. When I got to my scheduled cleaning the hygienist really sped thru my exam, I did not get the cleaning I was supposed to get. In stead My dentist Dr. B came in and basically told me that the last 2 cleaning sessions that I had with my regular hygienist (Tess, who I really enjoy and does a great job) haven't done anything and that they are referring me to a periodontist at Glisan St. As of today I have not heard anything. I called Gresham to see what happened and I got put on hold for ten minutes, then Sierra came on told me that it's Glisan responsibility to contact me(she by the way is the hygienist who rushed thru my exam). I feel like thru the whole experience I was given the "Bums Rush" even Dr. B couldn't take time to recheck some of the measurements that Sierra took as the were way off of what Tess had taken. As you can tell from this email I'm not too happy. I think that the Gresham office should have followed up and not just say "it can take up to two weeks".

P.S. I will not have Sierra work on me again!

Dr. Ferek is amazing and goes above and beyond, he really cares about patients and takes his time to help you and I highly recommend him. Dr. Leinassar is also very professional and wonderful and I recommend him as well. However never leave any kind of message with Rebecca because she will relay the message completely wrong, or not at all. She has her own agenda and will give the msg to your dentist that she sees fit even if that means saying something completely different and not even close to what you said at all. So if you want to waste your time and have a mess on your hands and have confusion than she can help create that headache for you. If not for her it would be 5 stars.
