I have two children who I take to Dr. Nyquist. The staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was not happy about the fact that I could not be present with my young daughter when they had to X-Ray her and also give anesthetic. She is scared of needles, as most kids are, and is comforted by the fact that her mother is beside her. None of the other pediatric dentist that we have been to have had a 'No Parent' policy on going back with your child for these procedures, although I do understand the X-Ray policy. When his assistant told him about my concern he wanted to speak with me and told me if I did not like his policies I can go back to our old dentist. Nyquist did not even try or treat me like a valued customer. Not once did he try to explain why or make me (as a parent) feel comortable with the situation. I guess business is going well for him that he can turn people away so easily. I definetly do not recommend this office to anyone. As a parent I need to feel comfortable with the provider doing services on my child and the fact that he did not even try to get our business and make us feel comfortable shows a lot.
