They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I am extremely picky about dentists, and I have visited many over the years that I would never go to again. I stumbled upon Dr. Puccio Jr.'s (All About Smiles) office three years ago and I will never go to anybody but him from now on! There are many dentists that are much closer to my house (his office is almost 15 miles from where I live) but he is the best. The entire staff is courteous, and Dr. Puccio Jr. has a great personality and makes you feel right at home in his office. They are very honest and don't push treatments that you don't need just to make money. I highly recommend this office!
