I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need... When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I have been going to this practice for many years and everyone (staff and Dr. Hertzburg) have been very understanding of my dental phobia. There have been many dental visits where I have not needed to take the gas. I have recommended this dentist to friends who are very pleased and continue to go there for dental treatment.
