I was never able to relax during my appointment due to the lack of knowledge of aseptic procedures. They, the dentist, the assistant and the rest wore gloves but they touched my mouth and the dirty computer indistinctly with the same gloves ... how disgusting! I was on edge the whole time. They're always able to answer questions. No need for a new appointment because I would never go back. I was able to rinse when neccessary during my dental procedure.

It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
