I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished.
